Darktable (a Linux RAW processor, http://darktable.org/) has some
sometimes-appearing widgets that I can't seem to actually select when I
run it under FVWM. An example is the buttons it adds to its histogram,
visible in the screenshot here:
http://www.darktable.org/usermanual/ch03s03s05.html.php
If I use FVWM (including the current CVS version) these buttons don't
work (or at best work very unreliably). If I use the Fedora 18 versions
of their various standard desktop environments (I've tried Cinnamon,
LXDE, KDE, and Gnome 3), these Darktable buttons and widgets work.
Does anyone have an idea of how best to debug this or what it might
be? My generic all-window style settings that seem relevant are:
SloppyFocus DecorateTransient MWMDecor MWMFunctions HintOverride
ManualPlacement !UsePPosition
I've tried setting:
Style "Darktable" UsePPosition, UseTransientPPosition,
NakedTransient, EWMHUseStackingOrderHints
(I think this is everything that might be non-default, although I might
have missed something. The real version is not line-wrapped.)
Thanks in advance.

PS: if people want to poke at this themselves, I can supply a RAW file and
information on how to easily run Darktable.
