FVWM: will mvwm have a web site?

Hi,

I'm curious if and when mvwm will get its own website? Will you want
help with that when you start this? What about a new logo? I see the
old fvwm site that there are lots of logos! Some are cats?!

Of course I cannot speak for Thomas. But as long as I see "mvwm"
only as a working name for something that is really fvwm3 (the
plans are more then ten years old, and what we're doing is really
the old plan for fvwm3 - with some new ideas added by Thomas), I
see no need for a new web site, name or logo.

ago. The official logo is the one with the cat's tail on
www.fvwm.org.

only places where it appears are the web site, FvwmBanner (which
I guess nobody really uses because it's annoying), and there is a
small version of the logo for use as a sidepic in menus.

Absolutely, although for the time-being, FvwmBanner has been removed
from mvwm given other alternatives. However, just because I like teddy
bears, and own a large number, I fail to see what relevance that has to
this project. As far as I am concerned, this project has a strong
history associated with cats---and in honour of that, I've even added a
photo of one of my own cats who died a few years ago now. I'd like to
keep this project assocated with cats. :)

Maybe I'm nuts, but I don't find FvwmBanner annoying.
I see it once a month or so, how could it be annoying?

But sidepics, yes, they are annoying.
