Dear all
I use fvwm(2) as window manager for my slackware 13.1, 64 bits.
But, with it, I never succeeded to run the Java dynamic geometry
software CaRMetal
http://db-maths.nuxit.net/CaRMetal/index_en.html
Only the splash window, with version number, will appear ; after this,
the software will stay waiting for a window.
But there is not such a fail neither with kde nor with windowmanager.
When using one of these WM, I noted that CaRMetal window has some
special features like no title and a sort of tile, outside, on the right
side ... Are these features available in fvwm ?
With -debug option, fvwm noted an empty string as name for the splash
and for the non-existant window of CaRMetal ; I tried
Style "*etal*" NoIcon,NoTitle,BorderWidth 0
in system.fvwm2rc ; there was no more message but no window !
Thank you for reading !
Jacques
